RELATED: Every Digimon in Digimon Survive (& How to Befriend Them)
Biyomon is one such Digimon, with the cute little Chocobo-like creature occasionally showing up in the Free Battle area outside the school. As with other recruitable Digimon in Digimon Survive though, players will first need to get on Biyomon’s good side before they’ll be able to ask it to join their team. Even then, there’s no guarantee that it will say yes.
How to Befriend Biyomon in Digimon Survive
Much like Gotsumon and Betamon before it, Biyomon has seven possible statements or questions that players will need to respond to, with three of these appearing randomly during each conversation. Choosing the best response will grant players two points, with three or more needed in total to get a chance to befriend Biyomon at the end of the conversation. If players fail to reach this target, Biyomon will get angry and they’ll have no choice but to defeat it or restart or flee from the battle.
Above all else, Biyomon values honesty, so players should avoid lying to it or trying to butter it up with flattery. In fact, there are several occasions when being brutally honest is the best course of action, so players should keep this in mind when responding to the Digimon’s questions and statements. Of course, players could always just take a look at the below table instead, which includes all of the best responses to Biyomon in Digimon Survive.
Where to Find Biyomon in Digimon Survive
Players can first encounter Biyomon near the beginning of Part 2 after unlocking the second “Free Bat.” area on the world map. Biyomon is one of four Digimon that can show up there, with players also able to befriend Gotsumon, Betamon, and Gazimon in the same location. Sadly, the only way to cycle through these enemies is to complete or flee from battles, so it may take a while to get Biyomon to show up.
Digimon Survive is available on PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
