There are various ways to earn Dreamlight in Disney Dreamlight Valley, and one of them is by completing the tasks in the Dreamlight Category. However, some reward players with a mystery gift upon completing it, and the Ho Ho Ho task is one of them.

How To Complete The Ho Ho Ho Task In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To complete the Ho Ho Ho task in Disney Dreamlight Valley, Dreamers must craft 10 gifts and give them to random characters. There are four types of gifts made at the Crafting Station; Naughty Gift, Delicious Gift, Handcrafted Gift, and Shiny Gift. Each present requires certain materials in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It doesn’t matter which gifts are given to which character. The task rewards a Pile of Gifts, and it can be found under the Furniture option.
Naughty Gift
Although it’s called Naughty Gift, gifting it to characters won’t make them sad or decrease their Friendship Level. The Disney Dreamlight Valley character will act normal upon receiving the gift and will even smile. The materials required are:
Festive Wrapping Paper: Found on the ground in the Plaza. Coal Ore: Gathered from digging the ground or mining piles of rocks in every Biome.
Delicious Gift
As the name implies, Delicious Gift requires two holiday dishes to be made along with some wrapping papers. The materials are:
Festive Wrapping Paper: Found in the Plaza.
Minnie’s Gingerbread Cookies: Wheat: Purchased from Goofy’s Stall at Peaceful Meadow as an ingredient or a bag of seeds. Ginger: Harvested from the grounds of Forgotten Lands.
Hot Cocoa: Milk: Bought from Little Chef’s pantry at Chez Remy Restaurant. Cocoa Bean: Collected from bushed scattered around the Glade of Trust and Sunlit Plateau. Sugarcane: Purchased from Goofy’s Stall at Dazzle Beach as a bag of seeds or as an ingredient ready for cooking.
Handcrafted Gift
To make a Handcrafted Gift, players must collect a couple of materials and make a chair at the Crafting Station to wrap the gift. The necessary items are:
Festive Wrapping Paper: Gathered from the Plaza.
Holiday Feast Chair: 5 Hardwood: Can be found at the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights, and Forgotten Lands. 3 Fabric: Made using Cotton from Sunlit Plateau. Five pieces of Cotton make one Fabric, so players must collect 15 Cotton.
It’s also possible to buy Fabric from Kristoff’s Stall in Disney Dreamlight Valley if players have completed his Friendship Quest.
Shiny Gift
Shiny Gift is probably the hardest one to create since it requires a couple of rare gems in Disney Dreamlight Valley:
Festive Wrapping Paper: Found only in the Plaza. Shiny Ruby: Collected by mining rock piles inside Vitalys Mine in Sunlit Plateau.
Shiny Emerald: Collected by mining rock piles in the Forest of Valor and Glade of Trust
