Mint Candy for example is a 2-Star Dessert that gives a small amount of Energy. Considering it’s made of sugar, the meal is supposed to give a burst of Energy, but unlike how Mocha and Latte do in Disney Dreamlight Valley, Mint Candy does not. Therefore, the only benefit of preparing it is to unlock it in the Cookbook, give it to a customer at Chez Remy, or gift it to a random character.

How To Make Mint Candy In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To make Mint Candy in Disney Dreamlight Valley, two main ingredients are necessary; Mint and Sugarcane. The required materials don’t come as a surprise since the recipe’s name implies what is needed.
Mint
Mint can be found on the grounds of the Frosted Heights Biome, which sadly require 10,000 Dreamlight to open. This Biome can be considered a mid to late-game area, so it’s okay if Dreamers can’t immediately gain access to it.
Unlike other ingredients in Disney Dreamlight Valley, Mint can’t be purchased from the Goofy’s Stall or planted in one of the Biomes. The only way to obtain it is by collecting the Herb from the ground.
Sugarcane
Luckily for Dreamers, Sugarcane is an ingredient purchased from Dazzle Beach, which is one of the first Biomes players unlock. It only costs 1,000 Dreamlight, so it shouldn’t be a problem to collect this amount. As for the Sugarcane, it can be bought as a ready-to-cook ingredient for 29 Star Coins or as a bag of seeds for five Star Coins in Disney Dreamlight Valley. If Goofy’s Stall only possesses the latter, planting the Sugarcane Seeds is relatively easy since it only requires seven minutes to mature.
As all the ingredients start to come together, throw them inside a pot and use one Coal Ore to create Mint Candy. This Dessert is a 2-Star meal that can be sold for 128 Star Coins and will only give players a mere 391 Energy.
Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
