Disney Dreamlight Valley players have shown off their customization skills in various ways. A lot of them brought to life Disney characters who have not been added to the game yet. Others create interesting crossovers with different franchises, like one Disney Dreamlight Valley player who recreated Miss Frizzle from The Magic School Bus.

Player Ultrablandtea went with the former and turned their Disney Dreamlight Valley avatar into Kim Possible. Just like the character, she had long red-orange hair, a black turtleneck sweater, black gloves, and green cargo pants. The player also added a squirrel in the background, probably as a stand-in for Rufus the naked mole-rat.

In the Reddit comments, players felt nostalgic about Kim Possible, saying that they were obsessed with the show when they were younger. Some said that the song “Call Me, Beep Me!” by Christina Millan started playing in their heads. Other players praised Ultrablandtea’s resourcefulness to recolor a portion of the turtleneck’s sleeves to look like skin, as well as making their avatar have the same lip color as Kim. One also suggested that they create a backpack that looks like the Kimmunicator. In the past, another player customized their backpack to look like Adventure Time’s BMO, so a Kimmunicator one wouldn’t be too farfetched.

Disney Dreamlight Valley already has a good amount of Disney characters in the game, and it’s continuously adding more with each update. The most recent update, titled “Missions in Uncharted Space,” introduced Woody and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story and Stitch from Lilo and Stitch. As of now, it seems like Disney Dreamlight Valley is only including characters from major Disney and Pixar titles. It would be interesting if it would also add characters from popular shows like Kim Possible, or even cross over to Marvel and Star Wars territory.

While still in early access, Disney Dreamlight Valley has already given players plenty of content to go through, as well as opportunities to create customized looks and spaces using the design tool. It’s possible that Gameloft will introduce more updates to make the game better in time for its official 2023 release. The developer already removed the exhaustion feature from Disney Dreamlight Valley, and players have been hoping for an easier way to share designs with others. There’s definitely still room and time for more quality of life improvements.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is in early access now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
