Having a Disney Dreamlight Valley player recreate Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village seems very fitting for the game’s fairytale setting. Several well-known Disney villains can be found residing within the Valley including The Little Mermaid’s Ursula and Tangled’s Mother Gothel. With a player’s character dressed to look just as villainous as its Resident Evil’s inspiration, they can easily fit right in when hanging out with the other wicked characters in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

On Reddit, user hazzacat shared an image of their Disney Dreamlight Valley character dressed up as Lady Dimitrescu. Standing in front of Remy’s restaurant in Disney Dreamlight Valley, the Redditor’s character dons Lady D’s vintage white dress, iconic large black hat, and dark gloves. Hazzacat’s character even uses the same dark hair color as Lady Dimitrescu, though the hairstyle their character is using is a bit longer than that of the villain’s. The Redditor shared that this was their first attempt at making a design based on another character for their Disney Dreamlight Valley character.
Several comments on the Reddit thread thought the Lady Dimitrescu design looked very good. Others poked fun at the character, stating that the Resident Evil Village villain is not welcome because Disney Dreamlight Valley is a children’s game. This likely points to Lady Dimitrescu’s wicked personality and tendency to do evil things. One commenter commented that hazzacat’s design reminded them of Lady Mary from Downton Abbey and the Redditor agreed, stating that Lady Mary does have the same energy as their character.
This is not the first time that a player of the life sim adventure title has dressed up their character to look like a villain in the game. Recently, another player used their Disney Dreamlight Valley character to recreate Dr. Eggman from the Sonic series. And this is probably not the last time a player will style their character to replicate their favorite antagonists. With aesthetic items in Disney Dreamlight Valley on rotation in-game every day, more dressed-up characters will likely be shown off by the game’s avid player base online in the future.
Disney’s Dreamlight Valley is available in Early Access for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The game is also available on Xbox Game Pass.
